Estimated delivery
Our standard estimated delivery time is 7–15 business days after your order is confirmed, unless a different timeline is clearly displayed before purchase.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, or other circumstances.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs and any available shipping promotions are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. Charges may vary based on the items ordered and the delivery destination.
Order tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing tracking information. Tracking updates may take time to appear after the carrier receives the shipment.
Shipping addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. If you notice an error, email contact@stylestreetshop.com immediately.
Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered fulfillment or has shipped. Any additional cost associated with an address correction or reshipment will be explained before you agree to it.
Delays and unavailable items
If we learn that we cannot meet the promised shipment schedule, we will notify you, provide an updated estimate where available, and offer the option to accept the delay or cancel the unshipped items for a refund, as required by applicable law.
If we cannot fulfill your order, we will cancel the affected items and provide a refund.
Missing, damaged or incorrect deliveries
If your order appears lost, arrives damaged, or contains an incorrect item, contact contact@stylestreetshop.com with your order number and relevant details. We will investigate and work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue.
International shipping
Available destinations are shown at checkout. Unless expressly included in your checkout total, customs duties, import taxes, and other destination-country charges are the customer’s responsibility. Customs processing may affect delivery times.
Returns and size exchanges
