RETURN, EXCHANGE AND REFUND POLICY

We want you to feel confident shopping at STYLESTREET. We accept eligible returns and size exchange requests within 30 days of delivery.

Return eligibility

To qualify for a return or size exchange, your item must be unworn, unwashed, in its original condition, and have all original tags attached. Please provide your order number or proof of purchase.

How to request a return

Email contact@stylestreetshop.com with your order number, the item you would like to return, and the reason for your request.

Once your return is approved, we will provide the return address and shipping instructions. Please contact us before sending any items back. The address printed on your package may not be the correct return address.

Size exchanges

We accept size exchanges for eligible items, subject to availability. Include your requested size when contacting us. If that size is unavailable, we will explain the available return options.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged on arrival, or incorrect due to an error on our part. Any shipping cost for sending an exchange will be disclosed before you agree to it.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service and retaining your shipping receipt.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us promptly if an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered. Include your order number and photos of the issue so we can help resolve it.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you whether it has been approved. Refunds for eligible returns are processed within 7 days of receiving the returned item.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.

Exceptions

Personalized items and intimate apparel are not eligible for change-of-mind returns or size exchanges. Items damaged through improper use or care are also excluded.

These exclusions do not limit any rights you may have for defective, incorrect, or nonconforming goods under applicable law.
